If your order hasn’t been processed or shipped yet, you may request changes or cancellation by contacting us immediately at info@tclinkslimited.co.uk.

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos of the item received. We’ll arrange a free return and send you the correct item or issue a refund.

Email us at info@tclinkslimited.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll be provided with return instructions. After we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement within 3–5 business days.

8. Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return shipping.

  • If you change your mind, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.

Product

Yes. All our products are 100% originalnew, and sourced from reputable suppliers. We do not deal in counterfeit goods.

You can return items within:

  • 14 days for UK orders

  • 30 days for international orders

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Downloaded software or digital products

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-refundable”

  • Opened accessories like earphones or screen protectors, unless faulty

  • Devices that are damaged, misused, or tampered with
